Harbor Development’s primary role is acquisition and development of residential and retail properties. Our geographic focus is centered in markets where our existing properties are located, including Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire.  We have significant experience in rehab and residential conversions using tax credits.

Harbor Development also provides professional services to our affiliated management company, Harbor Management Corporation, and its diverse portfolio of residential apartment communities, shopping centers, and other commercial properties. Our services include market analysis, procuring commercial/retail tenants and lease negotiations, property debt placements, value creation opportunities and exit strategy. We proactively review commercial-tenant leases and terms to ensure the long-term stability of each property, in order to increase or preserve equity, cash flow and returns.
